This morning, I set aside time to sit down and dedicate to re-sorting finances. Already being a tesco CC customer decided to apply for a loan via the website. On starting the application process, it asks for normal details, Name etc then picks up on the fact that I am an existing customer so ask me to log in, which I do. On logging in, this doesn't then take me to the continuation of the loan application, just to my online statement front page for my CC. I then (once logged in) click on the 'apply for new products' (loans) to the right of the page and I am taken back to the original start page I was on and once filling in my name etc get the 'we recognise you' bit and asked to login again. I am going round in a circle of despair. I have asked this question on the twitter help page. No reply, I have also asked on the facebook page now as well, no reply. (what is the point of social media pages if nobody is even going to acknowledge your question, even if its a quick "We'll look into that for you") So now I am asking here, as apart from phoning them, which I cant do here due to signal issues I seem to be at a loss in how to get some help!
Online loan application loop. Can't apply.

Hello
I can see my colleague Tristan has since been in touch, please let us know if we offer help with anything at all in the future. Please understand our Twitter/Facebook accounts are very busy channels and we do our best to answer all queries as quickly as we can, I am sorry if you've felt ignored by us as this was not our intention. -
