Problem opening new Online Saver account

    Our Online Saver account has reverted to the standard rate of interest. I phoned Tesco Bank and asked how to return to the currently offered one-year rate of 4.66% and was told to open a new account and transfer money from the existing account.
    I have tried twice and after completing several pages of information I have come to "Unable to find page" and "sorry, the page you have reached does not exist".

    I'm sorry to hear about this and can imagine how frustrating this must be. If you've already tried on a different device/browser/clearing your cache, and the problem still persists, then please call the Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be able to help.
