Submitted my loan documentation, when will I hear back from Tesco?

    Hi I already called that number and the answear was it's the wrong department but couldn't give me any more information so don't know what to do. I would appreciate if you can help me thank you

    I applied for a loan yesterday morning online. I was told it was succesful, processed and suggested that it would be in my account in the next 24 hrs.
    This does not seem to have happened. How do I find out if there has been a problem?

    Hi , once your account has been opened it can take up to 48 hours for the funds to reach your account. If you still haven’t received the funds please give our team a call on 0345 600 6016, available Mon – Fri 8am – 10pm and weekends 9am – 5pm, so we can have a look into this for you.

    I applied for a loan online and have been accepted - I signed my digital signature and went through the ID checks - was told funds would be within 24 hours - this was on Tuesday - how long do we usualy have to wait?

    Hi , it can take a full working day for the application to be processed and sent to your personal account. If no funds have arrived in your account by now, please call the number I mentioned in my last post and our team will check into this for you.

    Ive been waiting for my loan sent all tge paper work off and still waiting to hear when im phoning the hot line i cant get through

    sorry for the delay in our response.

    Our lines were shut last week from Wednesday lunchtime and didn't reopen until Saturday due to the adverse weather. This will be why you couldn't get through. You can find more information on how long things take here - How long will it take to get my loan?

    It's likely the closures will impact our timescales unfortunately, but if we have exceeded these (and allowing for the line closure), then please contact loans directly on 0345 600 6016 to discuss further.

    Hi. I applied for my loan and it was all ok'd & signed online. I haven't received any correpsondence from Tesco - its that normal?
