Sorry bit of an odd one...

I had a Tesco Credit Card which I cancelled January this year and having just switched my current account to another provider noticed I still had a Direct Debit setup, which I cancelled.

Today I got a message from the bank to say Tesco have setup a new Direct Debit following the old one's cancellation!

I cannot contact Tesco CC as I am no longer a customer yet the bank say I need to contact them to cancel the Direct Debit.

Any suggestions please?
