Hi .. on my newest statement the balance on my credit card doesn't match the balance stated and the minimum payment exceeds the balance.I normally pay through the app but due to a late payment I incurred I tried to speak to an advisor but ended up doing the payment through the automated service for my last statement. I have made a payment through my app today for the balance i have been quoted on the automated service. Im concerned that i may not of payed enough, please help . Thank you

You'll need to call the Credit Card team directly to discuss your balance.
You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.
To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
