Money transfer

    An error message keeps popping up when inputting the correct details for a money transfer, it says
    “We couldn't check the detailsHowever, this is unusual so please try again shortly.
    If you go ahead with the transfer anyway, we might not be able to get your money back if something goes wrong.
    For this reason, we recommend doublechecking the details.”
    could this be because my limit has just been increased two days ago?

    Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing. If the transfer still hasn't processed and you're receiving the same error message, please call the Credit Card team and they'll look into this for you.

    You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

    I hope you get it all sorted.
