The direct debit to pay my credit card is set up to pay the full balance. No direct debit has been taken this month, it's due at or around the 1st of the month.

I’m sorry to hear that your Direct Debit hasn’t collected, and you are having to contact us.
It can be that if you’ve had refunds through to the account, since the last statement was generated, that total more than the Direct Debit due amount then it won’t collect as the refunds are taken as payment.
