Hi

I've just opened a new fixed rate savings account and have the account details confirmed. However when I try to pay money into this account from my other bank account, it does not recognise the account to make a payment. Does this take a few days to be recognised?

Hey @SCampbell1979 , thanks for getting in touch😀.

It takes 48 hours for the confirmation of Payee to be set up for new savings account. This is included on the website for savings account.
