Whenever I overpay my loan I get a letter through the post. Can I opt out of this, it seems such a waste and I really don’t want the letters.


when I go into Paperless preferences on internet banking it says the following

“

Annual statement

Always by post

Notice of variation

Always by post

We are unable to change your paper preferences for a loan account. “

any ideas?

For anyone else looking up this question. You cannot turn off the letters coming through everytime you make an overpayment. I asked for them by email instead and they can’t even do that 🤷🏻‍♀️
