Old Credit Card Statement

    I had a fraudulant payment on my credit card which I cancelled

    I cannot now see the old statements on line for that card

    Is there a live chat feature on this website?

    Unfortunately, this is something that can happen if you have had to change your Credit Card number for any reason. The Mobile App can only pull statements from the up-to-date card number, so any statements from the last 18 months will no longer be visible, but you can still view your transactions from the last few months as normal.

    Any older statements can however be viewed to the website version of our Online Banking, you just log in with the same details as the app and it will have the last 5 years' worth of statements available no matter which card number they have.

    We also do not have any live chat function.

    thanks for the reply - all my statements just state £170 for last year online too....

    Sorry this has happened, it is a confusing one to navigate. This is caused when we have been able to capture fraud and prevent it moving onto the new card details, while you are not having to pay for it, it still prompts statements to print under that card number every month.

    The statements on the website are usually separated by card number so if you make sure you are looking under the right one you will find the statements you're looking for.
