For over 6 months I have had issues where I can't make online purchases using my Tesco credit card. And I can't use it on buses, trains, and tubes in Transport for London.

Anyone else experience this?

@pjbwilson Sorry to hear you are having issues.

If the problems you are experiencing are online or with a saved card, this is likely down to issues with your Mastercard security. This is where you are normally prompted to approve a purchase on the app or via an access code, but if Mastercard cannot do this the purchase is instantly declined.

This is usually due to the security being locked, to have this checked please contact us on 0345 300 4278 (Weekdays 8-8 and Weekends 8-6) and one of our agents will hopefully be able to help
