Why does my app allow me to add fingerprint log in and then two month down the line it asks for password. I then reinstate finger print and within another two months it asks for a password and the cycle begins again.
My other banking apps don't do this.

I'm sorry to hear about these issues you're experiencing. I've merged both of your threads together.

In this case, I think it's best to call the Technical Helpdesk as you shouldn't have to reset the biometrics or remove and reinstate the card every other month.

You can reach them on 0345 300 3511, available 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday, and they'll be able to look into this for you.
