I sent £400 to my credit card on the 30/06/25 yet this hasn’t bee added to my available credit yet, can u help

Generally, payments can go on hold for up to 7 days if you have paid more than 120% of your credit limit within a 30-day period. Or if you have had a recent Direct Debit reversal.
To avoid a payment hold, try to keep your payments withing your credit limit within your statement period. This is to do with the terms and conditions of your credit limit agreement and usage of that per month.
If you have a hold on your payment, you can call us on 0345 366 1281 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and we will try to release this if applicable.
