How do I move money out of my Internet Saver Account?

    Hi. I recently opened a new savers account. I have had an unexpected payment that I have needed to make and therefore need to transfer money back into my current account. When trying to move money I have a message stating that the request cannot be processed. I am guessing this is to do with the fact it is a new account and I haven't recieved the paperwork to return yet. However this is my money and I should be able to access it if needed. Is there anyway I can get this processed prior to returning the paperwork?
