waiting a refund

    1 am waiting a refund from my holiday accommodation and put a claim in through tesco disputes over 5 weeks ago, I got a automatic reply that it had been received. Some one rang me from tesco last week but I couldn’t answer , when I rung back the message said it wasn’t important one would contact me again. Can I contact anyone to see if my claim is being dealt with? Thank you

    Hi , if we've contacted you by phone then they will get in contact for an update as soon as possible. This may either be by phone call, letter or text - Ross

    Hello - two charge back requests were submitted back in June and escalated on 5th August. Was told within 28days I would receive text messages advising of resolution. I have heard nothing yet. Who can I speak to? The customer service number isn’t particularly helpful in this respect. Thanks Leah

    Hi Leah, I would recommend that you send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message' and request your message is passed to disputes to respond with an update.
    Please Click on this link @Tesco-Bank and it will take you to a page, 'About Tesco Bank'.
    Towards the top right of the page in the blue panel click onto 'Send a Message'.
    A new page will open up, 'Create New Message'.
    Complete it and send your message securely.
    Please include your full name, date of birth and postcode.
    You will receive a reply to your private message .

    Hi I'm finding that customer service lines everywhere are rubbish at the moment not just Tesco!! A lot of companies seem to be using the current situation as an excuse for poor customer service and its almost impossible to speak to another human anywhere. I will say however that once you private message they are pretty good at following up, I know its not quite the same as speaking to someone but it works. My claim took 10 weeks for the refund but then was annoyingly disputed by the original supplier so im still in limbo knowing if the money is mine? Sadly its not a quick process so try to be patient and not lose the plot. Regards
