Cancel car insurance

    I wish to cancel my car insurance, however I am unable to call during the opening times of your call centre. I have just discovered my insurance is to auto-renew tomorrow. I do not want this to happen, especially as I'm going to be charged MORE for some reason. This is a flawed system and, obviously, wrong. Please accept this as proof I have attempted to contact before the deadline. I will try to take time off work tomorrow to give you guys a call I shouldn't need to make. Everything has been great until this point, so it is inconvenient and disappointing. I will reference this message when I do call. Thank you.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your policy price this year . Underwriters review their rates constantly, which can lead to increases or decreases, based on multiple factors. I hope you've been able to speak to our team since posting your message. They're available over the weekend as well, between 9am and 5pm.
