Your PIN usually takes 2-5 working days to arrive in the post, and your debit card will take 4-7 working days to arrive. We’ll send you an SMS when your debit card is on the way.
You can call our Clubcard Pay+ Customer Services team to request either a new PIN or debit card if one or both do not arrive.
